Our standard service includes: -pump out holding tank -recharge with safe, non-toxic deodorant solution -wash and sanitize door, seat, urinal, floor and walls -hand dry interior with towel -restock tissue and sanitizer -make any minor repairs -add fragrance as needed -monitor usage and suggest adjustments as needed We Support Safe Disposal!

        Unit was kept clean but communication with the office was anything but easy told them to auto pay my bill gave credit card info and then three months later got a bill with months of past due bills then after giving them card info again did not charge all past due balance . Glad the have their unit given back and I am done with that headache.
