Unprofessional & uncaring: The coordinator trampled on & disregarded the Patient's Bill of Rights. After serving 20 years in the Army at various places, my family has never experienced such unprofessional, uncaring, & rude conduct from a customer/patient centered organization. The failure to communicate, execute, & adhere to fundamental guidelines of respect, dignity, & patient care shows a blatent disregarded for patients & families in their most vulnerable stage.
