Overall

First off checked in on Monday evening the sheets were dirty w/ black marks on them. Hotel clerk said they couldn't do anything til morning not even change the rooms. Then Tuesday evening came back to room things had been moved around. Called hotel clerk they didn't care. Wednesday evening came back to room furniture had been completely changed out! Clothes everywhere favorite hat missing and all my refrigerated food left on counter to spoil! Called hotel clerk and was told "Do not understand why you are mad". Really?!???? My things gone through, favorite hat missing and now I have no food for lunch or supper! I am supposed to be happy??? Was then told I had to talk to the manger after 7am for any complaints! So I called the corporate number for Choice Hotels and after finally talking to a supervisor was informed per their agreements with the individual owners of the hotels they could NOT file any complaints until a guest checks out! Until then you have to deal with the hotel clerk! And I still have another night in this hell hole!
