Excellent service and repairs. The serviceman quickly saw the motor to the ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer was at fault and replaced it within 35 minutes.
repairman was nice and knowledgable but sears lack of manpower and poor scheduling has left me without a refrigerator for 2 weeks and i am still waiting for parts to fix the problem. The first repairman did not fix the problem and i had to wait 3-4 days to get a second repairman in. Thats poor scheduling! Once i get the parts and hopefully that fixes the problem I will have been without a refrigerator for 3-4 weeks! Totally unacceptable service. Never experience anything like this from Sears. No wonder they are closing stores all over the country. POOR Service!!!
