DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE CROOKS. I took my vehicle in for my fuel pump to be replaced and after $1200 I pick it up and on the way home engine light comes on and it starts trying to go dead in the middle of the interstate. Took it back to the dealership and they said oh you need a plug and a coil pack but the receipt states everything passed inspection after fixing the fuel pump!! They just want to milk you dry for every penny they can. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL!!

The absolute WORST dealership I have ever had the misfortune of buying a car from let alone walking into;1) Abysmil customer service, everyone there is incredibly rude and flat out do not care about anyone. I purchased a brand new transmission from this location for my wife's van on 11/06/2013. I've had to bring the vehicle in four times so far because of poor installation and missteps made by the technicans. New South Fords service department is very rude and doesn't act like they want to help me in any way, also they keep blaming it on other problems that they "think" is wrong with the vehicle. Today I called to complain about the van not going into second gear. The service department manager told me that it could be something else wrong besides the transmission. This component will not also provide a wrecker service or a rental car to prevent client dissatisfaction. Please stay away from this company at all possible. I'm very disappointed with the quality of work and quality of customer service.
This is the 3rd car I have bought from them, and I could not be happier. I bought a used 1995 Lexus for a great price and it is still going strong on my 9th year! Also, our 2006 Suburban, also used, is doing very well. Kudos to Bubba!

They sell vehicles that have problems. They tried to sell my husband a truck with an exhaust leak. When he pointed it out to them they said they would not fix it. Makes you wonder how many vehicles they have sold with problems. Shame Shame Shame.
