The Brown haired girl that was working tonight was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I have already had a girl ignore me for her phone at this stand. But tonight takes the cake. I asked for a strawberry green apple rebel, to which she replied "we don't have green apple" and stares at me. Then I ask for a bluerazz pomegranate rebel instead, she repeats blueberry coconut back to me, I correct her but she made it wrong anyways. (Was disgusting) and I also asked for a passion fruit pomegranate green tea. And she starts to hand me a green tea rebel. Instead of remaking it, she argued that I asked for a rebel. (This is my regular drink from Dutch, I do not like rebels, so I can promise I did not!) I ended up just grabbing it from her and telling her i'd go to another stand to have it fixed. There was also a blonde girl working tonight, she was very sweet and apologized for not having the flavors we asked for. I have worked in customer service/ food service (mostly coffee) for years and I would NEVER treat a customer with such attitude and complete disrespect. I will not be returning to this stand, since their staff has such a lack of customer service, and compassion what-so-ever.
Buy local embrace our community, great coffee, what a great coffee house
I would have given Steve's a 5, but have yet to leave there without having to 'run' home. That being said: the French toast is excellent
Great atmosphere, coffee, smoothies and staff, complete with waterfall. The meeting rooms are very nice. Try the homemade soup.
Inferior coffee is covered up with too much syrup and inexperienced baristas.
This place has been closed for years!
