I made multiple trips, only in order not to have a working Sprint Samsung phone even after they ordered in a replacement, per insurance policy. I made 5 trips total, for what should have taken 2 or at most 3, wasting a ridiculous amount of time in the process. The only thing this crew seems good at, is to cajole a customer to spend even more $ and get an "upgrade". On everything else, I feel they failed me and very massively so, while wasting way more of my valuable time than necessary in the process. Also, when my replacement phone arrived (which btw turns out also not to work/charge properly), they refused to give me any kind of receipt or written record (I asked for a copy), that indeed I swapped the device per insurance policy. I've never encountered that before in any context.
