Lice Knowing You

The restrictions and rules for this place is amazing. I understand it is a business but heaven forbid you have to cancel at the last minute. My daughter became ill and couldn't make her appointment. The receptionist/answering machine person told her there was a %50 cancellation fee and was extremely unprofessional about it, suggesting she was lying, etc. She even told my daughter that she was a single mom with 4 kids and she was taking food out of her kids mouth. The appointment person was rude and obnoxious and kept sending mean texts to my daughter. The owner of the business, who was difficult to understand called me to tell me how awful my daughter was and blaming everything on her. She lead me to believe it was my daughter who was being rude and gave me a 20 minute lecture on the rules, etc. Without listening to my daughters side, I apologized several times. They decided not to charge the $50 fee, probably because my daughter kept the texts and they wanted to cover their hind parts. Worst business I have ever dealt with. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
