        Overall

        The worst management company I have ever used! They had to send a repair guy 6 times to fix the garage door/remote, starting within two weeks of me moving in. It took over 3 weeks dor them to fix the oven vent and the refrigerator that leaked. When I complained about gophers they told me that "pests are not their concern". During the summer we had to wait over two weeks to turn on the sprinklers because supposidly the owner had a past due bill, and until it was paid they wouldn't turn it on. All of this was early 2013-early 2014. About a month ago we get an email accusing us of having a past due water bill for after we had already moved out, canceled water service and paid our final bill..NEARLY 2 YEARS AFTER WE MOVED OUT! Now they're only emailing one of us, to try to get money instead of CC my mother in the emails as well, even though she's sent them our final bill from the city of nampa twice now.



        I highly recommend everyone to STAY AWAY from HUMPHREY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!

        Professional staff and a great company! They are always available during their hours, they gave me great advice, and went out of their way to make sure i was happy. 5 stars!! I highly recommend checking these guys out before going elsewhere!
