Get someone else! My bathroom flooded and when the installers came out I was told that I didn't need to have the board replaced that was torn up from the water damage. So they went forward, and when I went to put the toilet back into the bathroom I discovered that I did need that 3/4 inch board put back in because my toilet would not sit on the flange. This is something an installer should know and inform his customer about. Ended up having to spend more money to have a plumber fix the problem. Then I had to have them come out two more times to fix parts of the floor that were coming up. If you buy your flooring from Home Depot don't use their installer!
