Overall

I asked my husband to get me a turkey and swiss cheese sandwich on white bread for dinner. I recently had surgery and could not go myself. I was so looking for a very soft white bread with condiments, and what I got was a horrible very old white bread that was very difficult to chew. My husband put it in the microwave for 15 seconds to help soften the bread, but no luck. Suffice it to say I will not be buying any sandwich from Fred's Deli in Eagle, Alaska again. It's difficult for me to believe that anyone would serve that kind of a sandwich to anyone. I don't like to buy the pre-made sandwiches because the bread is so hard, so thinking I could get a softer bread I ordered it special made, which of course cost a lot more. Sorry, Freds, you failed on this one.
