Dreamland Education Center

Teachers are great and Sarah at the front desk is absolutely amazing!! And from my experience, NOTHING goes unseen and unaddressed, and I really feel like they have created a safe learning environment. There has always been an open line of communication between the staff and I. My daughter has been going to this daycare for 6 years and we have never had a bad experience! We had to move my daughter to another daycare for the school year, and my daughter has asked me if she can go back to Dreamland for the summer - We will absolutely be going back there every summer for child care!

This child care facility is amazing. The teachers are loving, caring and truly connect with the children. They helped my son get over that last difficult hump of potty training and were very consistent in pushing him to advance. He knows his letters, numbers, shapes, and colors and every day amazes me with something new.

NEVER bring your children to this daycare. I liked a lot of the teachers, but the ladies running it were awful. They make everything look picture perfect when you come in, but if you ever start to question anything they either lie or make excuses. The children barely get fed enough to get through the day. There were never enough teachers in the classrooms. And all the owners did was sit around and gossip. I was always scared for the kids there, and I'm thankful we were able to get out of there a little while ago. Please don't let your kids go to dreamland no matter how great they may make it sound.

I would never reccomend this business. I was forced to put a star on here in order to publish this. That should be changed because I would never even give them half a star! They don't deserve anything for what torture my daughter endured over the 2 months she attended there! The owner is very rude and difficult to work with. My child was bitten on her left cheek, left inner thigh, and left shoulder by the same child and attacked and hurt on multiple occassions and when I brought up my concerns about the child that was causing all the problems was told he was the son of an employee at the daycare so they lied to me over and over about how things happened and that they would remove the child from the room. Instead they asked us to leave and kept the child that caused all the harm and injuries because his mother worked there. We were fully discriminated against since my daughter was the victim and they chose to keep the unsafe child in with all the other children that he has bitten and hurt before. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR BABIES TO THIS FACILITY OR THEIR OTHER ONE OFF EAGLE ON STOKESBERRY AS THEY ARE RAN BY THE SAME OWNER SO IT WILL PROBABLY HAPPEN AT BOTH LOCATIONS.

My child recently attened this facility for about a year. I was happy and relieved when I removed my child and found a much better daycare solution. Before bringiny my child to this center I understood that this was a professional, child centered atmosphere. I was wrong. On different occassions I heard teachers yelling at two-year-old children. I saw some three-year-olds standing and jumping on a table, left unsupervised while the teacher went to the restroom. Also, when I picked my child up in the afternoon I often found the teenagers that were hired to watch the children standing around in a circle talking. This center brags of a wonderful preschool program but my child mostly came home with workbook or coloring pages. I would never recommend this center to anyone who wants their child to be in a safe, educational, or caring environment.
