Tired of no service at CVS, I tried Hancocks Pharmacy. Two words: Exceptional service. When I first went into the door I was greeted by a lovely young lady who have me a huge "HELLO". I told her I was new and didn't know the place. She was kind enough to walk me to the back counter for prescriptions. I was introduced to the owner who happened to be there and a wonderful staff member. Wow, my prescription was filled in less than 5 minutes. I was able to buy a few other things too including Easter Cards, 50%off the price on the card. Can't beat that! I would give Hancocks a 10 if I could. Great people, great place, exceptional service.

The worst experience ever I bought plenty of products here very expensive ones but today the pharmacy manager refused to return a loreal hair product he scanned the box not at the register where the customer can see, came back and told me go find where you bought this from when I was persistent, he still refused to scan the product in front of me and then out of no where and I quote "I will call 911 if you don't leave right now" he says to me. I was in no shape or form making a scene or yelling. When I asked him why he said "just go away for God sakes". This is no place to EVER shop at or fill prescriptions with you'd be better of at cvs or Walgreens across from them. A manager is supposed to lead by example.
I had a terrible experience at the photo store. I had photos printed out. They invaded my privacy by reviewing the contents, and determined that the photos were in the id category. They refused to sell me my photo prints, unless they took the pictures themselves, for the exorbitant rates they charged. I'm never visiting this store again.
I wouldn't even give this location a star, if I could.I visited this location and was treated like a criminal when I haven't taken anything in my life. I was followed aisle to aisle. I was trying to make my mind up between lipsticks and couldn't even think with employees breathing down my neck. I made an exchange, walked over to a section and literally from the moment I left the register for the exchange to the moment I left the store, I was followed. It wasn't subtle at all. I got frustrated after several minutes of this behavior and walked to the other side of the store to think and was still followed. I don't know if I look like someone else or what, but I am writing corporate about this because their behavior was inexcusable. I should not be made to feel like a criminal when I did absolutely nothing wrong.I will not be returning to this location unless these employees are at the very least, reprimanded. I certainly wouldn't go out of my way.Watch out for the heavier set auburn employee. She will follow you like you're a common thief, even when you're not. If you feel like having your day ruined, go to this location. I will be going to Plainville from now on.
