This is by far the worst McDonald s ever, not once, not twice but this is the third time I received a Big Mac that wasn't put together & didn't have 1/2 the ingredients. The amount of money they charge for a Big Mac you would think it wouldn't take rocket science to put it together the right way. When they first opened they were great, this last year they have gone down hill. The kid at the register couldn't even count the change right, I had to tell them what they owed me back. For once it would be nice to actually get hot food, the big mac wasn't even hot & the fries were hard as rocks & cold. Where is the manger & when you find the manger ask them exactly what they are getting paid for at this point..

Great Food, Fine Quality, The best in its class.
On October 20-2016 i visited location 825 E. Main St Meriden CTTime: around 5:00 pm from drive thru i present to the lady in window coupon which I received in the mail ( small fries and 10 nugets - value $3.00) Total was $3.19 and because one penny went to the ground from her hand I give her additional one now total $3.20. Lady instructed me to go around the building and wait near front door - she did not give me recept. I give her two dollars bill and the change so if you have cameras working you can see white camry. I been waiting longer time in the pointed location but nobody show up so I went inside - total my time was about 15 min. After long waiting I asked what happen to my order so they ask forrecept which was not given to me and start playing stupid so I lost my temper and told them: just forge it ! and I left home. If you have cameras inside you can see this situation. I'm watching this location from longer time - is disaster. I remember old location next door which was much different. We not talking about $3.20but I'm asking is any management in this location ? I see rating on the line is scary. Bus welcome invitation ?! I want to see how they servicing people from the bus - let me know when so I will there with camcorder. I know many locations of BK in the area but this one is terrible. Maybe I never show up there again and I have plan to release message around. I think I'm not alone - not to far ago I witness manager chasing customer with late order and get him on another side on the street. I hope will be some change up there.Sincerely - Henry 203 715 6187
Aweful customer service!!! Very cheap on veggies and rude if you ask for more. Will never be going to this subway again. Rather drive the extra 5 minutes to subway on Washington st Middletown
