Whoever said that ‘if buying anything new, ensure it is perfect in every angle”, said 200% true. Last year, I bought a new hot tub for home without checking any feature with a thought in mind that every hot tub is same in quality, feature and rates. As a result of which, within a month of buying it, hot tub started distorting. Sometimes this problem, sometimes that. It had become headache and after two months, finally my hot tub was in storeroom. Two months ago, my friend bought a new hot tub from Energysavers in New Hampshire. Upon asking, he told how the team explained each and every feature of hot tubs specifically, shared uniqueness of different hot tubs from different companies, which is best as per one’s need and more. Since, it was sounding very captivating and I also need a new hot tub, so visited their store next day. After having a healthy discussion with the manager and exploring new collection, I also bought a new one the same day. From that day to today, I hosted at least 10 parties and utilized the hot tub more than 100 times. But not a single bit of complaint. Thank god and special thanks to EnergySavers – I got the best and desired hot tub for my comfort.
Went to the store on Nov 3, 2016 to get a new pellet stove, Sales person came to the house quickly and we ordered the new top of the line stove and made a 50% deposit. We were told the stove would be installed in 4 to 6 weeks. We called the store on Dec. 29 only to discover that there was no order on record and they would have us talk with the salesperson. After waiting on the line the salesperson said he would check and call us back. The sales person called back to say that the factory had no record of our order and he had just faxed it to them again. It is hard to figure how they could have our deposit for 8 weeks and no one in accounting our the salesperson followed up . I believe we would still be waiting if we hadn't called. We could not recommend this company to anyone. Take your business to someone who cares about customer service. One star is generous.
Horrible! Stay away! Had a wood stove put in where the fireplace insert used to be and the new chimney and roofing leaked. Water made it's way pass the ceiling, through the wall and down to the newly cleaned and painted basement. Another contractor properly repaired the roof. The newly cleaned and painted basement was sized for a pellet stove. The stove they (energy savers sales) recommended did not bring the basement to temperature ONCE the whole season. It burned 2 40lb bags of pellets daily and spews soot everywhere. Agreed, all I have is my word that it was diligently cleaned...so I tell you it was steadily and regularly cleaned according to the salesperson's instructions and the maintenance manual, (which by the way, neither sales or manual mentions a small compartment in the rear of the stove that also needs attention but did not receive it until the stove nearly caught fire and I had to shut it down and call for service. It was then that the tech informed me of the compartment and he cleaned it out. A short time later, I received a service bill for $110.00 from energy savers. I'm in the process of an offer from energysavers taking the stove back and selling it for me on consignment and having a wood stove installed. However, I am having trouble scheduling an appointment for sales to come by and assess the situation. I did some shopping at other dealers and checked out their demo model installations and notice a major difference in the flue configuration. Also, have visited friends who have pellet stoves and all their chimneys have a different exhaust/intake configuration. I'm currently in process of having a third party investigate the installation. Anyways, it's onward from here. Thanks for listening and I hope this helps.

I've purchased several items from Energy Savers. Worst possible place to get any work done or get parts for your stuff! They've been rude, unhelpful, and even managed to lose me as a customer in their computer system to get out of letting me use my store credit for a returned item. They don't return calls & don't stock PARTS!! I think they sell too many brands so they have to order everything while you WAIT, and WAIT, & WAIT for them to get them in. HORRIBLE...........
If you like getting worked over, this is your store! Otherwise, I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else for stoves & hot tubs!

In late 2009 I purchased a Jotul gz650 Fireplace from Energysavers in Meredith NH, and they made my shopping experience seam like a breaze. All of my question were answered, and both the sales and service staff were very professional. My fireplace has been running without a hiccup since the day I purchased it, and i would recomend Energysavers to anyone looking to buy a new fireplace!
