The apartment-nice, which is the only reason I am giving it 2 stars. The A/C-functional in all but the master bedroom and landlord refused to fix it (I was pregnant in the middle of the summer when the temperature is high 90s and into the 100s.The management-hostile and unprofessional. We did not contact the management for much beyond the A/C issue. So when we were moving out due to job relocation, I was surprised to find such blatant disrespect. I turned in my notice and was scolded for wanting to do an inspection before we turned over the keys. An initial inspection is standard to let us know what more we need to do to get our full deposit refund. When they finally did the initial inspection, we had to ask for a written list of itemsto do or that would be deducted from our deposit. The list begrudgingly contained things like clean all the bathrooms, clean the kitchen, sweep the garage, etc...Super helpful. Also when the deposit refund is sent, it is supposed to be itemized by labor and materials used. If an outside company did the work, then we are supposed to get copies of receipts. We even made the specific request to get those receipts. But we did not receive that. Also, when we did get our refund, there was $500 of our deposit that was not accounted for. I had to call and ask why we didn't get it. In the end, it was returned and blamed on an accounting error. Well, if I wasn't as vigilant, I'm sure they would have been happy to keep it when they did figure it out (okay that last part is speculation).I would recommend that the management read the information on the link below.http://www.dca.ca.gov/publications/landlordbook/sec-deposit.shtmlFor a bit of background, my husband has managed rental properties for several years and I got pulled into the business for a few years as well. We moved to Turlock to finish my residency which was only 2 years so we decided to rent.

He was hired to valuate my rental property. He grossly misrepresented one of my rental properties in hisBroker Price Opinion aka Valuation. Does not affect appraised price but doesaffect a buyer's decision. Spoke with agent a few times and advised himI would take steps to ensure this does not happen again. His house is subject to common siren noise from Mercy Hospital ambulances but notmy house. He cannot compare apples to oranges. That's unethical and incompetent. He does not live in my house only in the same neighborhood.I have never seen an ambulance in my neighborhood only helicopters whose noise is benign. He claims neighbors complain about helicopter noise. Either he lies or neighbors are whiners.
Jenny is kind, hardworking, and willing to do what it takes to make you a happy client. She is like family to me and I will never work with another realtor.
Jenny is a kind, honest human being that works remarkable hours to make your dreams come true. I can say once Jenny has helped you you will not look for help anywhere else.
Jenny was great. She helped with the resell of our home in Rancho Murrieta. She was always there for me through all the questions and concerns I had
Jenny is always there for us when we need her. We wanted to purchase a business and we gave her a call and there she was.
These realtors are liars and will not negotiate for you. They will want you to pay the full price or even more so they can get the most commission. Never will work for them again. Also am a veteran and they were not willing to help me out.
I was very pleased with the professionalism and the knowledge Jenny provided during our home buying experience. I would not hesitate to use her again to buy or sell a home.
This is the worst realtor in Merced. They are just a bunch of old woman running scams on people. The office is dirty and clutter and smells like rotten milk all inside for some reason. The workers all have attitudes and stupid old fashioned behind tines thinking. I seriously doubt anything they say there. Just better off avoiding this crappie spot.
I was very happy during my experience with Jenny Darling of Exit Realty Consultants. She was there with me every step of the way.
