We have been costco members fo...

We have been costco members for years, here in Merced,CA., and in N.Y. state. I own a recent model BMW and a set of 4 Bridgestone Serenity tires from Costco of Merced. The first time I brought it back to them for tire rotation was the summer of 2010 and they lifter the car in the wrong place bending and creasing the body kit below the back right door, it had to be reshaped, filled in, and repainted.



This time, on April 3rd 2012 I returned to find the car UNLOCKED sitting at the curb with my 64 GIG ipod missing from the charger in the middle console. (I have the apple receipt $439)



STAY AWAY!



The tire shop attendant told us (and another customer) that he was alone and THE ONLY EMPLOYEE working the tire dept that evening, but the next day the tire dept manager (Sean) said that was impossible because there were TWO employees that evening. COSTCO said from the store, and from their Chicago offices that they are NOT responsable for any damages or anything missing from cars while the cars are in their possession. I have a police report and will be fighting this, I refuse to be taken advantage of.

I have never been subject to such unprofessional treatment as in the Merced Costco store today, Sunday, 12:00 on 5/1/2011 by Winnie, the front end manager. I shopped approcahed the check out, they rung up my purchases and told me that my membership ran out yesterday, and I would need to pay them $100 right now to make the purcjhase. I told them I was not prepared today to pay the fee, and started to leave. Then Winnie approached asked for my membership card rudely, snatched iot from my hand and said you can have this back when you renew at the service desk. I WAS a long standing Business mmeber....not any longer!
