Costco does an amazing job with controlling its members during this trying times! All the employees go beyond expectations to keep its members safe!!!! I luv going to Costco

It is sad that such a powerful food provider in the US , Costco does not assist/help in trying to maintain order in these trying times—Costco fails to keep control of the crowds within its property boundaries/parking lots. What a shame that paying members are being treated so poorly by this giant superstore.

We have been costco members for years, here in Merced,CA., and in N.Y. state. I own a recent model BMW and a set of 4 Bridgestone Serenity tires from Costco of Merced. The first time I brought it back to them for tire rotation was the summer of 2010 and they lifter the car in the wrong place bending and creasing the body kit below the back right door, it had to be reshaped, filled in, and repainted.



This time, on April 3rd 2012 I returned to find the car UNLOCKED sitting at the curb with my 64 GIG ipod missing from the charger in the middle console. (I have the apple receipt $439)



STAY AWAY!



The tire shop attendant told us (and another customer) that he was alone and THE ONLY EMPLOYEE working the tire dept that evening, but the next day the tire dept manager (Sean) said that was impossible because there were TWO employees that evening. COSTCO said from the store, and from their Chicago offices that they are NOT responsable for any damages or anything missing from cars while the cars are in their possession. I have a police report and will be fighting this, I refuse to be taken advantage of.
