Air boss Air Conditioning/Heating is a very professional and honest service ! They came out to my home and serviced my AC, they were on time and very respectful. Took their job seriously and got what they needed to done. I would use this business again if needed and would recommend to family and friends!

A.c. is broken we had the landlord call and schedule an appointment they showed up on time. We knew what was wrong with the a.c because we have had the same problem from 3yrs now. My dad told them what was wrong and said that he has been fixing it. And the guy laughed and said I don't think that's it. He called my dad bad names. Then they had an argument. They went on the roof tore down the a.c and left. Nothing said to us. Showed up today to finish my dad tried to greet them but the Guys were still rude. Crappy service. Never want them again. Their lucky it was not me who they were rude too, I would have called someone else. Simple as that. Never call these jerks. My dad has cancer and should not have to put up with this.

Same as Sean V. Below. WASH RINSE REPEAT. Guy obviously doesn't get paid enough from home warranty company, so he probably doesn't want to hassle with it. Guy just calls, called him back 5 minutes and basically told me to kick rocks, good luck.

Amazed at quality of customer service!

Our AC unit has been acting up for several months. Our insurance company has sent one company after another to try to fix the problem. So when it began acting up in this latest hot spell, I felt very discouraged and thought: "oh boy, here we go again." The other service companies never really pin-pointed the problem and had basically "put a bandaid" on the unit that last eat just long enough for our latest service call to be completed and then we'd have to pay another 75.00 service call. This happened four different times. Today we got a call from the owner of Air Boss. He asked us detailed questions as to what was happening. We told him that the problem usually happens in the heat of the day, that basically the unit shuts off and warm air will begin circulating in the house. Since this usually happens at a certain time, he made an appointment with us at that time- 3:00 PM. I think it was 107 degrees outside when the guy came to our house. Of course the unit didn't act up! But he got up on the roof, spent 45-60 minutes looking at it and working on it. Then he said that he thought he knew what was going on, that he had an appointment in Chowchilla but that he would return before he ended his day. We thought: "yeah right". We've heard that one before. But true to his word, he did return to check on the things that he had done and to make the diagnoses on the unit. He fixed our AC unit today! After months of none sense workers from other companies just giving a temporary fix, we were delighted. He explained in detail what was happening and why and that he believed it should work great now but if for some reason it didn't to call him and he would come straight out and see why. Our AC has never been so cold! I had to turn up the temperature control. This gentleman, Louis, was extremely knowledgeable, patient with me, answered all my questions and fixed the unit! If we ever have a problem with our heating/AC again, I'm going to let our insurance company know that we only wNt Air Boss to come out. I highly recommend this business. Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable customer service!

I live in a rental property and my air conditioning stopped working. I called my landlord at 2:30 pm on 6/26/2014 and he put in a service request to the home warranty company. The home warranty company put in a service request with "Air Boss" which turned out to be just some guy with a cell phone located in Merced. I live in Modesto which is 40 minutes away. He called me around 9am on Friday 6/27/14 and left a message stating he was calling about the air conditioning service. I called him back at 11:30am and told him my air conditioning wasn't working at all and I needed somebody asap. He responded that he was already back home in Merced and he couldn't do it today. I asked if he could do it on Saturday 6/28/14. He responded rudely that it would have to wait until Monday because "I don't work weekends just like everybody else". I then told him I work every weekend and I didn't feel he had very good customer service. He responded that if that is the way I feel he wasn't going to come to my house at all and to get somebody else and then hung up. It really surprises me in these hard economic times that service like this is still out there.
