I think this office is one of the best organized doctor's office in town. Getting an appointment to see Dr. Pilkington may take some time but he has two wonderful PA's to choose from (Jill McCloud and Jeremy Hill). I am always amazed at how full the waiting room is but I have never spent more then 10 minutes waiting to be seen! Both of the PA's provide the same level of expertise and quality of care as seeing an actual derm. I was recently seen by Jeremy for precancerous skin cancer and a major outbreak of adult cystic acne. The procedure I was given took care of both issues in one visit! My skin looks 10 years younger and I have not had one cystic lesion or pimple since! I just wish I had made the appointment months sooner- would have saved me a lot of time, energy and money trying to 'cure' myself naturally!
