GREAT PLACE TO EAT!It was amazing! You get unlimited bread sticks and salad. Also, the entrees are really tasty. The food was delicious. The prices are very reasonable. Will definitely go back again and again.Very pleasant Italian restaurant.

Undercooked wings. Rude attitude when asked for well done talking to manager. Order 1x A WEEK from here and got fed up with undercooked wings. Refused to cook longer. Lost a money spending customer due to rude attitude and terrible customer service. GO TO WINGSTOP! I will NEVER order again from here.

best new york style pizza in all of cleveland area....try their garlic knots and some of the subs, and good variety of wings

Waitress was wonderful. Food was horrible. All 4 meals were cold, the ribs were rancid tasting, meat was way over cooked and tough, macaroni and cheese was mushy and had no cheese flavor. The manager did not seemed overly concerned with the issues, did not make us pay but did not want feedback or open to the food issues. Just wanted us to leave. Very disappointing experience. We did tip our waitress for great service!

The food here is great! Fresh ingredients. The kitchen is clean and so are the restrooms which are two very important things. The bar has many drinks to choose from. The seating has a nice roomy feel.

I saw a review by "Disappointed " honey, next time, drive a little further down the road until you see a Yellow Sign that reads, " Subway". This way you make your own and if it's not what you wanted or liked, then only your to blame. Love Your Restaurant, I know expect crowds because I read reviews FIRST. This Staff was Great. I think People Now A days Need a Reason to Complain, try to run a successful business and see how easy it is, there's a lot of turn over in the restaurant industry.

This was my second visit, food is still worth the money, service is good, atmosphere nice. Will keep coming back.

Just riding by, decided to stop in. Service was great. Food mouth watering.Upon leaving immediately started texting my family and friends about this place.

My wife and I had a very good experience at he urban roadhouse.Service was great--server ,very personable and knowledgeable appetizers and main entrees were as good or better than we have had anywhere----We will be back(We were there the day after the grand opening at about 4:30 pm)

Dined early (5 p.m.) the day they opened. Good steak aroma (from open kitchen) as soon as we walked in the door. Hostess seated us immediately. (I would like to see the hostess station closer to the entrance, or at least a sign directing patrons to the hostess for seating.)Friendly, helpful, attentive waiter took our drinks order (several varieties of beer and wine, full bar) and helped us through the menu. Husband enjoyed a bowl of chili and a shrimp starter, I had 6-oz. sirloin cooked exactly to order (magnificent flavor).Prices are reasonable. All wait staff seemed cheerful and happy to be there.Owner was also attentive, turning down the music when we asked our waiter if they would do so, and then came to our table and asked if the sound level was more comfortable. (The room was still a little noisy for our taste, but the room's hard surfaces make for difficult acoustics.)We enjoyed our visit. We'll be back!
