Overall

At Focus you are penalized for something that is out of your control. They will charge you a $15 card replacement fee if your account gets compromised. You also have to call a 3rd party fraud department to dispute the fraudulent charges. Then they either email or mail you a form to fill out that you have to fax or mail back to the 3rd party company before they can start to process your request. Worst customer service ever…

Overall

My boyfriend and I stopped into this credit union in order to transfer money into his mother's account. We got there around 4:30pm and the 2 women behind the counter were rude from the beginning. When my boyfriend explained that he wanted to put money in to him mom's account, he then asked if there would be a processing time or if his mom could use the money right away, and the lady looked at him like he was an idiot and in a snotty tone asked "What are you talking about?". Then after only a single attempt of entering in the account #, they said it didn't work and there was nothing they could do. We called his mom to make sure we had the right number (which we did) and when we came back to the desk a different woman told us that if the number didn't work the first time, it wasn't going to work a 2nd time. The 1st women came back over and commented to the 2nd how she was about to leave so I'm guessing she wanted to go home and thought that a reason to be rude. After that we left in a bit of a huff since I could not believe how poorly we were treated. We then went to another credit union 20 minutes away and the account # worked on the first try and we had no problems. Since we showed the 2nd place the same slip of paper with the # on it that we showed to the 1st women, we think she just entered the # wrong and refused to try again. I would suggest finding a place with better mannered employees to do your banking with. We will never go back.
