I love this McDonalds and have been going here for about eleven years since we moved to the area. At that time a lady suggested using the foam cup so that it would not sweat and get all over my desk, which is definitely frowned upon.Lately lots of the stores in my area no longer have foam cups. I called the corporation and they got me in touch with someone at the other Menomonee Falls location and said they would be having them. THEY DON'T. This wonderful store (Pilgrim) said they would be carrying them only, imagine my happiness.Now I am told they are not having them anymore.What the heck is up with this???? Why stop the foam. I understood because of popular demand but they must have never used the foam because it keeps my desk dry, keeps my soda cool until afternoon and they are wonderful. Usually I would rate this place higher but today was pretty mediocre. Food was fine. service was poor. I walk in and the cashier stares at me for about 30 seconds before he says "You want something?" Uh, yes, food...that's why I came here. Then he says "Whacha want?" Really? What's so hard about "Hi welcome to McDonalds, what can I get you?" Then my food comes and the lady just sets it on the counter and doesn't call my number or say what the order is. I slowly approach the bag and say "I guess this is mine." This lady says "Huh?" I'm like "is this mine?" She says "yeah." I take it and walk out. No "have a nice day" or anything. They need to communicate with their customers more.
I recently took my family of 5 to the Dairy Queen on appleton Ave in Menomonee Falls, WI. I had previously downloaded the Dairy Queen app to my phone. On the app was a coupon to receive a .99 blizzard when you buy one. However when I tried to use it I was told I had to have the offer printed out. That seems to defeat the purpose and convenience of having the app in the first place. I asked for a manager and was refused the .99 blizzard. I was very disappointed and could not believe you wouldnt honor the coupon. I will have to think again before spending any more of my money with your company.
The food is not prepared well and the employees there are very unprofessional
i love the dairy queen blizzard but it is expensive unless you use a coupon. the rest of the food that i've tried is ok but i would order elsewhere.
most of the time i get my orders to go. many times the order is incorrect even though you find the slip in the bag and the slip is correct. depending whos managing alot of fooling around goes on. the drive thru is 24 hours which i like and prices are still pretty low.
