Horrible place for dry cleaning

This is the worst place to take your laundry, their completely arrogant personnel will not provide any service to you, they will not give you a price in advance (only an estimate which is about a third to half of what they really will charge you), they did not remove any of the spots of my expensive clothing and actually ruined one of my wife's $500 skirt and refuse to take any resposibiltiy for it (after all they forced to sign a waiver before accepting my clothing).
They send you coupons for 10% off of your next cleaning, but if you don't present it at the time when you bring your clothing, they will not accept it when you pick it up, so in other words they trick you into believing that you will get a 10% discount but in reality they will just add 10% to the already ridiculously overpriced cost of the cleaning. I spent $250 for 4 pieces of clothing (one being a tie), what a rip-off!.
You will never, ever see me (or my friends) again there.

Overall
Bait and Switch - terrible customer service, exorbitant prices

BAIT AND SWITCH!

I called one of their San Francisco locations to get a quote on dry cleaning for a suit. The lady on the phone told me $25 per suit. They even offered to pick up my suits for no charge. I thought, fabulous!

Then, I got the bill... $50 per suit!

I spoke with one of their customer service people over 4 or 5 different conversations, and they said there was nothing they could do - they said that their customer service management said there was ""no proof"" that I ever got the original $25/suit price quote. They said that the $25 was per piece ($25 for jacket, $25 for pants).

Total liars. And terrible customer service.

I brought in two suits that cost $1000 each, and somehow they think I'm trying to rip THEM off?

I am never ever ever going there ever again.
