        Care Indeed and its predecessor have now been providing catheterization services for my wife on an as needed basis for more than 1-1/2 years. Throughout this period Care Indeed as an entity and you personally have been responsive to my requests and reliable in fulfilling them. Caregivers or Certified Nursing Assistants it has assigned to help my wife have been uniformly competent and caring.
