Mena, AR Portable Buildings

I purchased a 12x40 from Jr in early March 2016. It took aproximately 2 weeks to builddeliver. Heres a list of problems i encountered... The things that had to be fixed were: porch railings severely unlevel, doors wouldn't shut, missing a gable vent, missing stain, missing the 10 decorative braces, nails were sticking out everywhere, sheets of siding were just nailed at the top and bottom. That was fixed by them on site after me complaining. What wasn't fixed was NO foam sealant was used anywhere but states on their website ALL buildings are foam sealed to keep bugs out, decking boards missing under the ridge vent, but here's what really upset me. They measure eave to eave. So my 12' wide building is 10'9" inside stud to stud. This may not seem like much but it adds up when your building a tiny home. My advice if purchasing from them is to request the same quality you see on the lot, ask about the true width and expect to be dissapointed... Hope this helps!!!
