Awful experience trash didn't get picked up for 3 weeks straight on time until I cancelled. No accountability from management about services. Do Not Use them and a Refund takes 6 to 8 weeks really!!!!!! Awful service!!!!!!!!

This company is owned by the most disrespectful individuals I've ever encountered... The service is horrible, but yet they boast about having 7000 customers and how much money they make. Well, because your service is cheaper does not mean it's good service. Take your money elsewhere even if it means that you have to pay an extra 10 to $15. At least you will be spending your money with a company that respects you as a customer. These people are clearly in the right business...Trash!!
I have been with J&J Waste since THEY started. In the beginning they would pick up a second can also (not provided by them). The last 2 weeks they have left my second can sitting. When I called they said they would pick it up if I put in in bags and left it sitting. I said they had always picked up 2 cans if we had 2 and was told well they weren't supposed to. I asked if dogs got in the bags and got it all over my yard are they going to pick that up? Was told of course not. Changing my service when this present contract is up
Lied about drop off time, cancelled my order and kept my money. Very unethical company.
J and J waste service is very unprofessional, and highly inefficient, Management doesn't listen to the complaints of their customers, and the manager lacks common sense and common courtesy. If you select them as your trash collection service, your trash will not be picked up promptly or at all.I would NOT recommend them
They also hide their clients from child support in their employees original state. Let them take care of their children. Just because they moved to another state doesn't men they can be a dead beat. Wow
This place is very unprofessional . I did not get a can until almost 6 months after I started the services and that was only after I call and left a VM stating that I was not going to pay my bill after they stopped picking up my trash all together. You will always have to leave a number of VMs because NO ONE answers the phone. When you call during business hours, you might get an answering message but most times their mailbox is full and they never call back (unless you say they you are not going to pay them). If you call after hours you will get the answering message which means that they have erased any messages that you have left prior and still not called you back. My trash had been sitting on the curb for the last 3 weeks and I still can’t get a person on the phone. Please avoid J and J Waste and if you have had issues with them please report it to the BBB.
Do not join their services! When I joined them they say i will receive my carted in 2 weeks and the first 3 months its $55 and after that it will be $65. I checked my statement the next day and it was withdrawn $65 from my bank. I called them and they rudely said I must miss understand them and its $65. 2 weeks came my carted still hasn't came. I called up and they say they are low on carts and I will receive it the next 2 weeks. 3 weeks later and I still not here. I paid for my 3 months service already and it has been 1 month and I still haven't received my cart.
Don't use this service. They are not dependable.
Southern Disposal is the WORST garbage company I have ever used. Our garbage has now not been picked up in over two weeks. We call daily about it and they promise to send the truck back within two days and then again they don't come. My husband is speaking to them again right now and they swear they came today and collected the garbage, this while I am looking at a growing pile. If a company screws up, then they should have some decent customer service people that follow up on the problem. The excuse they always use is it's a new driver on your route. I don't care if he is deaf, dumb and blind, that is not MY problem. Hire reliable people, how you are still in business is a miracle to me!
