Horrible place to do business in. Store is very dirty and not very welcoming. Staff takes forever to service their customers. Same experience I had at their location on HWY 64. These people don't know how to run a business. Wouldnt recommend and will definitely never visit again.
This place is horrible. They take forever to service their customers. They have little to no stock on essential accesories for their devices and customer service is horrible. Place looks unkept and dirty too. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I had a great time at this place and the girl that works at the desk is very nice. Very hip and the do a great job with repairing screens (still do not know how they were able to fix my phone, it was in very bad shape).
I had a great experience wheni visited iFix. Keana helped me out a lot. She found out what was wrong with my phone and fixed it for me quickly. She also recommended that i get extra screen protection. Im glad i went to iFix. The price was way better here than anywhere else i tried to get my screen fixed.

Fresh in Memphis and shattered my phone . I hear about ifix and went there and best service I've ever had when it comes to phone companies . Keana was an outstanding help as well ! I would totally recommend them !

Great customer service. It's an IN AND OUT process, the wait time is minimum, I don't have to worry every time of waiting to be attended. The reps are always friendly and ready to help you shop around.
This is not a true Verizon wireless store and should not representt itself as such. The assistant manager told me I had to have insurance for 6 months in advance for a on a phone I WAS going to purchase and I had to put it on my credit card. This is not a Verizon wireless policy nor had Verizon ever heard of such foolishness. I was charged for a phone that I didn't purchase, the money was supposed to be credited back to my card, needless to say I have not yet seen my money and the number that is listed for the "Diamond Wireless is a dummy number" PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A PHONE FROM DIAMOND WIRELESS IN WOLFCHASE MALL. It's just an upscale corner phone store.
