I'm not exactly sure where the corporate office. So obviously this branch might. The question is m why does , Fed Ex turn a blind eye of some of the at will employees using hazing & harassment? Like : Dakota . The at will employee of this ; Fed Ex.19674. Huntington Beach CA 92648. Calif. Gov. Code: `12900. At will employee , Dakota approached a paying customer in regards to the use of a trash can . Dakota a male white adult. With a bald spot. A beard and a mustache. This at will employee approached a customer in reference about what happened the last so at will employee Dakota claims. In reference to the trash can. Dakota claimed the customer filled the trash can too high. The male Hispanic adult filled it too high. The American veteran asked the employee where is the sign posted as to how high to fill the trash can? Next : Dakota claimed had problems with the American veteran putting his trash in the trash can. The American veteran asked: " Where does it read exactly what kind of trash to put in the trash can? Dakota walked away angry. Dakota was very upset a customer complained about his friend yelling at the top of his lungs in this Fed Ex. Earlier : Tuesday , Nov. 28, 2017 a male white adult was yelling at the top of his lungs. Then the Fed Ex at will employees were also yelling back. Calif. Penal Code: 415. There was no reason to yell. The words yelled were: " Hey bro" . Consistent none productive language. Previously the co worker of Dakota approached the same American veteran about being too loud. Since when is Fed Ex , above public policy? Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. Now isn't this a breach of implied contract ? Calif. Civil Codes: 3300-3400? These two at will employees agreed to not do anything against public policy. So now we have Dakota, the male white adult at will employee. Yelling at a paying customer. Demanding the customer use a shredder. Prior to this the Hispanic employee confronted the Latino American veteran about being to loud. Yet , is going to turn a blind eye, on this male white adult that came in the lobby yelling at the top of his lungs. Calif. Penal Code: 415. Is this a white racist issue ? Or is this selective enforcement? Isn't this a violation of: Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. No regard for the customers spending: 40 cents a minute on the computer. Sarcastically , arrogantly. This is how: Dakota enjoys mistreating a Hispanic American Veteran. Yet , turned a blind eye on his friend the male white adult that was yelling at the top of his lungs. Is this a white racist issue? The American veteran had just spent : $70.00. How much did Dakota's friend spent in the store as he was doing all this yelling? The address to that Fed Ex: 19674. Possibly five foot ten inches. Approximately : Two hundred pounds.
Overly expensive and always trying to rip you off plus most of the "good reviews" are fake and guess what. THEY USE USPS TO MAIL YOUR STUFF. They charged me $16.20 to deliver a package and when I checked the estimated shipping on their own website it gave me a quote of $11.34. Plus the lady was sneakily trying to rip me off by urging me to use a faster delivery time and making me buy a bigger box. When I checked the estimated shipping and cost on USPS website it was around 3.78 for the same amount of time. So do yourself a favor and use USPS. This place will rip you off.

Before you consider using this company, take the time to read below and know that this is how they treat their customers that have been nothing but nice to them!I've never been treated so rudely! Wonderful, friendly service! We drove all over midrtown Memphis looking for a notary public on a Saturday morning - many who advertised they had notary service did not. But this place did, and the service was fast and friendly. They are now my shipper/mailer of choice in midtown. They are located in a shopping area directly across from the old post office.
THE PHONE SERVICE SYSTEM SUCKS! I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A SHIPMENT FROM GERMANY, NO REAL PERSON IN CHARGE. BLAME ON YOU FEDEX!! THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM IS SAYING "NO PROBLEM" THE GOOD IS STOPPED IN CUSTOMS FOR A STUPID PAPER, NO ON KNOWS WHAT IS NEEDED.
Everything was done as she said it would be and on time. I like her options too, if I am not able to leave the office to go see her, she will come meet me which is very convenient for me in my line of work.
