Keystone Medical Billing Services is so unprofessional. My local hospital needs to change billing companies because they'll make more money. I was unemployed and tried to get the billing dept to work with me to make payments and the woman only gave me a fixed balance amount to pay by a certain deadline. I told her that at this time I can only make a small Minimum payment due to my unemployment, but she didn't care. I spoke with a Debra Hawkins and a Pam Boland through Keystone Medical Billing Services but they didn't care about helping me pay the bill. Lastly, I emailed the President...Glenn C. Adams and no response from him either. I guess he doesn't care either to help the hospital get paid. Overall, these people have bad business skills. So, I said....well if you don't want to take the minimum that I can pay then you just won't get anything at all. Bad Business. You know companies don't get there money that way. You have to work with the customers. I think they were just unethical people because that's what the billing dept is supposed to do. There're suppose to work with you to make your payments.

I went in because of my acne and mom said it was just good to talk to the doctor about anything I wanted regarding my health. She gave me a gel for my face that cleared my face in 2 days.I like that she was very nice and talked to me about joining the debate team at my school. She and the staff is really, really nice and good at what they do. I am 13 years old and know that this will be my doctor from now on!! No more pediatric for me. I really felt great after the visit.
Referred by a friend. Glad that I went. This is my new Primary Care Doctor. I wish they were open months ago. They really care about the patients and the care. Plus I was called to the back as soon as I finished my paper work. I love It!!!
I am a foreigner and was very pleased with the service. They took time to understand my concerns and took time to explain to me why I need to change my diet so that I did not have to take medicine. The staff is very compassionate and helpful. I almost forgot that I was at doctors office. I really like the calming atmosphere and colors of the walls. My wife made appointment for her check up before we left the office.
appointment desk are Terribly RUDE, many times doctors lost patient not because of they are not expert in their area, but because they have UNprofessionalism and RUDE to hell appointment desk.
not a good place and methodist south is the worse..My mother has been mistreated at methodist south and she found out that she has some serious health conditions going on and we didn't find out until later on in her illnesses....These people need to be reported and put on a registry...
The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Every time I go the staff is always using their cell phones. I dont understand how can you assist a patient if your face is down in your phone.I also have encountered the staff talking negatively about a patient which I find very rude. I will no longer allow my kids to attend any Memphis children clinics.When I have previously called to make appointments they wait till I arrive to tell me about any issues with my insurance which is causing me to make blank trips and this has happened numerous of time. I will not recommend Memphis children clinic on Kirby parkway to anyone !!!
This is the best Kidney Translplant Hospital ever!!!!! Everyone is so nice. Love the entire hospital. Doctors are a little aggressive but hey, they are smart and when it's all said and done they do know their stuff!! Love it!!!!!!!!!!
Went to the clinic with pink eye and sore throat and the nurse on duty was very unprofessional. She did not properly check me out and I had to go back the same week. Would never recommend to anyone
I called on Monday and made an appoiment for today which is Thursday they lady who answered was giggling in the background.. My husband and I took off so we could take our child to the doctor please tell me why she set the appointment for Monday! The lady there was setting all the way at the back did not speak when we got there and didn't care that the mistake was on their end.. She said "we have you down as a no show." Really? I have only missed one appointment and that was due to the exact same thing.. It's apparent they receptionist could care less about the patients.. The physicians are great but they are continuously loosing business due to the front office staff...
