My husband went to this facility for short term rehab following a hip replacement. I only thing I can say about this place was the decor and the Rehab department. My first problem was when my husband arrived at 10 pm at night there was no one to receive him; he was there for 2 hours before he seen his nurse. Then, to make matters worst the nurse didn't know that she was my husband's nurse. It also took 2.5 hours before my husband could get his pain medication. Breakfast was also not served to him after three different people was made aware. There was also problems with obtaining ice and a raised toilet seat which never made it to my husband's room.Overall, response was very slow with nursing and CNA's. In addition, my husband current pain control regimen was not quite working, and it took allday before we could see the nurse practitioner; however, she did adjust his pain medications. The Director of Nursing and Administration were made aware of our concerns and never followed up or came back to even address our concerns. Needless, to say after about 30 hours, I took my husband out of this facility. Sincerly, T. Martin.
This company is the worst company to ever work for. They are very unprofessional and lack communication skills.They don't care about ememployees and with them treating them so horribly I wouldn't entrust my loved ones in their care. Don't consider working here. Please find a company that cares about both the employees and patients.

I tried a well known company (which cost me more) and the caregivers were not showing up. Finally frustrated fired them and hired Peace of Mind and it was the best thing I ever did. I can count on them and truly help me take care of my loved one.
