Wow, don't expect to get hired on full time for almost a year! Why would you? They get paid a by keeping you in poverty! Of course the only rating is by the recruiter! Oh, you want good pay? Perhaps you were told you'd get a forklift job? Oh noooo, that's a lie. They shove you into so much overtime you might as well get paid minimum wage because you're going to get RAPED by taxes! Theyll tell you that you can even get forklift certified, then the place they put you in tells you to go PAY FOR IT SOMEWHERE ELSE otherwise the only way you will get on a forklift is if you're full-time! There are employees that have been "temps" for over a year before seeing any benefits or pay raise for the stupid amount of hours you're threatened to keep! expect to not get the position you want, oh and definitely don't expect anyone to answer the phone or return your call! I've sat and watched as the "employees" chit chat in the office while there are people on HOLD. This place is nothing but false advertising!
They were very nice and professional. Ms. Carmen who is the owner even help me redo my resume in a professional manner. With the help that she gave me on my resume really paid off. It allowed me to get a job through one of neMarc's clients.
Worked for this agency as an independent contractor 4 months ago I haven't been paid. I had to file a lawsuit. Do not partner with this organization.
This is an awful company. The owner, Maurice, is suppose to be an expert in Behavior Health, but he needs help for his own behaviors. He is out of control and speaks to the clients with disrespect. He hires people that does not have any experience. It is easy to get a job, just walk off the street and you are hired, no special training required. If you are breathing, you are hired, just need a warm body. He blames the clients for the turnover rate, but they do not hire people that have compassion for the lest fortunate. The staff abuses the clients and they cover it up. This company needs to have it's license revoked and shut down.
Dr. Smith is a caring, personable professional whom I highly recommend for anyone seeking psychiatric services. His engaged, calming, non-judgemental character opens the door widely for you to share your needs, your problems, your concerns. Go see him.
This is not a great company to work for. They make you pay for your background check and all of your training and do not reimburse you for the cost. I was excluded from the training due to me already having the training that was needed. So then I go on and ready to work but my sister had got rushed to the hospital the day I was suppose to show. I called and left a message for Tiffany the day of I was suppose to come in. (Would've been able to talk to her but everybody in that office besides the secretary shows up about an hour or more late). Then Tiffany called me back and told me if I don't come in, no matter if my sister is in the hospital or not, their moving on with the process and I'm not going to get my money back from the orientation nor background check. I told her I'm still not coming in no matter she threatened me or not because I can't leave my sister side. She paused for a minute as if she wasn't expecting that answer and she told me ok and I don't need to expect my money.

I have worked for them on and off for a while. They have good jobs and the people that work there are real good. They used to send people to Technicolor but they have a lot of companies now that pay a whole lot better.
Very good experience, and looking forward to working very soon and I hope I get a great job,and hopefully they'll find me one
Caring Hearts Homecare is truly a blessing for my family and I. REMARKABLE staff. Everyone is so pleasant and genuinely considerate.
