They would not listen to me when I told them what I was looking for. I am not a dress up doll and do not appreciate trying dresses on that made me feel like I was important enough to be listened to. I won't be coming back or recommending them.
Went to David's Bridal in Memphis tonight with two of my bridesmaids. I was not concerned at all going into the appointment to look for their dresses after having such an amazing experience in Oklahoma City finding my wedding dress. One sales associate Felicia was so gracious in getting my bridesmaids dressing rooms after nobody came to find us even though we were told someone would. Then as we went through dress after dress Felicia was the only associate that checked on us. Coming to the end of the hour appointment an associate Maggie whose name was on the dressing room doors came up said "My manager said I had to come check on you all." Then she was hateful and rude to my bridesmaids said those dresses do not come in begonia. She then went with them to look for different dresses and was sassy when talking about sizes with them. Now that we are at home looking at dresses online the dress that my bridesmaid wanted does go online. This is the kind of experience that can ruin someone's experience and desire to use a company. The positive is that Felicia was wonderful even when we were not her responsibility and my experience in OKC was wonderful too.
I had a great time with Miss KeeKee today!!! She was awesome and listened to everything I told her about the dress I wanted. She got me the exact dress I had envisioned, and it was on sale!! Keep in mind that I didn't have any pictures to give her, just verbal description and comments/critiques of the dresses she brought me to try on. Her picks for accessories were on point and made my dress look even better!! I am so excited about my picks - I felt like a million bucks after I had been "jacked up" (TLC's verbage for adding veil and accessories. Thanks so much, Miss KeeKee :)
I was a bit hesitant going into David's Bridal because I had heard unsettling things about the company in general. HOWEVER, I was wonderfully surprised with the service that I received yesterday at the Wolfchase location. I made my appointment online the night before and showed up thirty minutes early to my appointment just to look around a bit. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm greetings and congratulatory statements. As soon as my sales consultant, KeeKee arrived, she carried all the dresses I had pulled to the dressing room and set me up completely. I did not realize there were sizes on the dresses (oops!) but KeeKee went to the floor and got me the correct sizes and even pulled dresses that were similar to the ones I pulled for more options. From the very first dress I tried on, KeeKee and the manager, Chris made me feel like a beautiful bride. They were full of compliments and advice. Within in an hour I was able to buy the perfect dress complete with a veil, belt, and hair comb. I had such a pleasant time at David's Bridal and I highly recommend KeeKee and Chris (they are a dynamic team!!).
Ms. Donna(owner) and her staff made this day amazing. I had an appointment set up for my bridal party to get fitted. Everything went smoothly. Ms. Donna and her team were very professional, patient, kind, and very knowledgeable with what they were doing. I had an awesome time and I will use them again. I reccomend anyone who is searching for a wedding gown, prom dress, or pageant gown to go here. This place has a great staff and reasonable prices.
THE DONT DESERVE A STAR. Do not buy anything from these guys ... THEY ARE RUDE AND DISGUSTING AND LETS NOT FORGET DISRESPECTFUL
Will not recommend this store to anyone. I was attending prom and had to go to guys at the last minute because of this store. My date ended up with the wrong color vest and tie and they blame me and said that's what I ordered.
I called this location to attempt to set up an appointment to fit for a wedding dress. The person that answered the phone asked me when the wedding date was and I told her in 2 months. She stated that the date was so close and that I would probably have to select something off the rack and maybe have it altered. Which is fine with me. So she said she would prefer that I come in the first Saturday in May because it's prom season...REALLY?? If you're already saying it may be a rush job why would I have to take a back seat to prom goers. If I arrive to the store first, before any other patron, why would that detract from my service especially if I make an appointment and the other shoppers are just walk ins. I explaine that their store hours do not allow me to come during the week as I have to work. I have never heard of such a thing and I think it's poor customer service. This really burned me up for today.
I came in to get fitted for my bridesmaid dress and I was so pleased with how helpful they were. The staff displayed excellent customer service and I walked out of the store very happy. I encourage everyone to take a minute to stop by the shop I promise you won't be disappointed.
Unique Boutique and Bridal is the absolute BEST!!! When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and assisted immediately. Although the store was quite busy with other brides and students looking for prom dresses, Ms. Donna went above and beyond to assist me in selecting and trying on dresses and accessories during my appointment. All aspects of the customer service experience exceeded my expectations. She recommended accessories and veils for each dress. They have beautiful gowns from top designers, and they even have plus size sample gowns to provide options for all brides. I live in Nashville, and did not think twice about the drive to Memphis to work with this team of ladies. I called numerous times, and each time, I was assisted with a pleasant, friendly tone that was ready and willing to help. It has been a blessing to have the opportunity to work Ms. Donna and her staff to find the perfect wedding dress for my special day. Unique Boutique and Bridal ROCKS!!!
