DO NOT ORDER from them. I put in an order then emailed and called to cancel it. They did not respond. They sent the order out the next day. I received it and the merchandise was broken. I called and emailed again to return the broken item. Still no response. Excellent way to run a business.
Update; Dec. 5 2014.
I sent them their defective item COD and they REFUSED to accept THEIR broken item. Classic. They still are keeping my money though. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I placed an order for 2 wigs on July 9, 2014 but received only 1 of the wigs. The invoice stated that the other wig was on backorder. I have sent 3 emails and left 1 voicemail because no one answers the phone at the number on the website. It is now July 25, 2014 and still no one has returned my correspondence or phone call. I will be contacting Paypal and my bank to file a fraud claim because of the unethical manner in which they have behaved. I will NOT buy from them again.
Placed order on June 11, 2014. Today is June 20th and still no product. I sent an e-mail on June 13th inquiring when the order would be shipped. No response. Last night I sent a message through the message option on their website requesting a refund since the product still has not shipped. It's still early so we'll see if they respond. I also called this morning and the vm said the hours are from Noon - 6pm CST. At this point I think I'll just contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Will not order from this company again. They deserve 0 stars.
This is my experience with this company Top Hair Wigs, I would never recommend them. They don’t returned phone calls or any of my E-Mails, that is in regards to the error they made when preparing my order and my refund, In addition to my pain and suffering that I am experiencing with this company I had purchased Zury brand wet and wavy Indian Remey Brazilian wave 14 inch, they sent me Milky way brand. I called and spoke to a male voice he reassured me that he would sent me a returned label and how sorry he was about my inconvenience when they had prepared my package, that returned label never came I had to pay FedEx out of my pocket to returned their error. The item was delivered by FedEx and I am still waiting and waiting for my refund.
I have nothing but good praise for this company. They carry many hard to find items like there A plus Ozone wigs and they have the lowest prices online for them. I have ordered MANY Ozone wigs from them during the past 3 years and I have always been satisfied with the quick delivery and quality. There customer service rep is very nice and I always feel good about my purchase after speaking to them. I usually don't write reviews but I believe this company deserves a good one because it seems like the negative reviews were due to the customers fault. Loyal customer for 3 years.

I had a few questions about the length of hair, I called and spoke with Keith. He told me what he had and didn't and call was a week prior to me ordering. So he was very kind, and gave me an alternate number to call bck if I didn't get a hold of him on the main number. Well the day I was ready to order I let him know the colors and length I wanted cus I want 24" braiding hair. He communicated back what he had, and later on that evening we did the transaction over the phone, it was a great deal! Plus he added if I didn't like it or if I felt it was a problem I could return it to get a refund or exchange. That's nor heard of where I live, I live right outside of Houston, in the suburbs, and once you purchase hair here you're stuck with it, period! I got my order confirmation, then emailed him a day or to later to let him know I haven't received the tracking number, he apologized and dent that right away. I got my package within 3 days of my order. How great! No hassle, with all orders placed online, to always insure your product just call and check if they have what you want, before you order, especially dealing with hair in a timely manner. I will recommend this site to friends and family, and will buy again.
I have ordered many times with this company (more then 10 times) and I'am always satisfied with my purchases. The shipping is very fast, almost all the time I receive my package within two days of ordering. The customer service representative is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. I have read two other reviews that are not satisfactory but out of thousands of orders I guess a few problems can arise. Overall there service is very good and I highly recommend Tophairwigs.com.
I have ordered from this company a few times and I never had a problem until recently. Customer service is very hard to contact. They do not return emails, calls and rarely answer the company number that is provided. I recently had an incident where I purchased some hair online and after a week of not receiving the product, I called to confirm my order and was told that it wasn't in stock. They didn't call to tell me this. I had to call several times before getting some to answer the phone and check on my order. After I called, I received an email from a person by the name of Sue that stated that my order was out of stock and I would receive a refund within 1 to 4 days. I made the order on March 2, 2013. I called on March 8th. I received an email on March 11 about the refund. Today's date is March 21, 2013 and I still have not received my refund. I have been calling, emailing, and leaving messages and I have not received a response to date. I finally got ahold of a guy, only after calling from another phone number, and he told me that he would check on my refund and call me back. Needless to say, He never called back. I tried 2 days later from another number and what a surprise, they finally answered. The same guy told me that he checked and my refund was still being processed and it may take another 4 days after already waiting 13 days. I've never known a refund to take so long and I feel that this guy was giving me the run around every time I talked to him. I am now pursuing legal action against them. My order was $387.00 and that is a lot of money that came out of my account in seconds but have not received back into my account. I don't have the product so a refund should not take this long.
Ordered a wig over the phone and I was greeted by a gentleman who gave excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was very informative. I was on the phone with him for a very long time and never once did I feel rushed. I placed an order with him over the phone and I received my package in two days! The wig I received was brand new and perfect. I'am very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend Tophairwigs.com.
