My love one flown there after a fall. Was told by air evac Med crew they believed she suffered from brain damage. I then drive the 2 hours to sit in the waiting room for 7 hours to only be told critical but stable. Never able to see or talk to someone directly caring for my family. Note: I was the only family member present. A phone call from another relative living out of state got to talk to the nurse and was told they lost the medical records and could not identify her! Mind you have not been asked one question about her medical history or allergies. I am the one with most of the answers. The primary nurse chooses to ask the relative on the phone who had to text me for the answers to give to her. No wonder Facebook knows before family the outcome of there love one. I am overwhelmed with frustration with the lack of communication with the family who is present! Word of advice: if your love one is taken there. Don't drive there just call. They truly don't want you there.

I had a seizure September 2014 & was rushed to this hospital only to wake up with the nurologist there, (a older guy with long grey hair) his hand in between my legs. I couldn't believe the doctor touched my vagina. I was too scared to tell anyone he did that to me.

I have heard how great the trauma center was but when sent to the floor was a nightmare. We were flown there. After ER we went to orthopedic floor. Omg the best care ever received! Leigh, Ryan and Caitlyn u r the best!

Horrible hospital ~lacks care, employees with attitudes

My friend works for The Med and she needed ER care. Took her to The Med and encountered nurses with no compassion, attitudes and a general lack of care. Security had horrible attitudes as well. I wouldn't take my dog to the Med!
