I have NO complaint about the lady that did my bone density test. Very nice and professional! But the receptionist desk at the front is another story. I was scheduled on March 5, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. but was told to be there at 8:30. I was there by 8:20 only to wait on the receptionist to get off the phone. Then when she got off the phone, she immediately turned around and went to the back. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. Then after waiting 5+ minutes another woman walked up to the desk (her name was Asia) and asked if I had been waited on. I told her no and that other girl took off and went to the back. She hastily and rudely said, "That's why I'm here, what is your name?" Customer service like this really puts a bad mark on your facility. I despise folks that has the attitude of "You are bothering me and what do you want?" And that is exactly the attitudes that were given. Ironically, I have a very good friend that works there and she had to have a procedure done yesterday and she told me she was treated the same way at that front desk. Something needs to be done!!!

I went on line to book an appointment at 5:45 p.m. Feb. 25, 2015, thinking that it would speed up the process of paperwork and that my daughter would see a doctor in a fairly short period of time. She had an acute case of food poisoning from eating at a sub shop and had been experiencing bloody diarrhea. She'd started vomiting Sunday evening, although it had let up. She was obviously suffering. We saw many people WALKING in, who arrived in after we did. These people were obviously not in any pain, just probably bad colds (they probably said the magic words, "chest pain"). One child's mother said her daughter had been hit in the head with a ball and was in to see if she had a concussion, but the little girl was walking around obviously unhurt. I guess I should have lied and said my daughter was having chest pain. The on-line reservations are just a marketing ploy and the promise of seeing you soon is just a joke on you. DON'T GO HERE!

I came in at 7pm with chest pain, numbness and tingling in my left arm, and heartburn. It is now 1am an I am still in the lobby. Sprained ankles have come and gone. Guess its NOT actually a heart attack, or I'd be dead. Lady at front desk is rude and condescending.

Emergency room staff helped me as soon as i got there, thank God! I was in so much pain . I received excellent care.
