        Criminals. Tape record all your conversations with them. Irma in the LTD department made statements about methods of how our policy would be subrogated. She's a commensurate liar. The information she provided in a taped call was wrong and we settled a comp claim based on her word. Irma then went back on her word and took all the comp money rather than spread-it out over 10 years as she promised on tape. She lied and then ruined me financially. They will do everything in their immense power to not pay you. DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Avoid Irma at all costs. Make sure you get a copy of your LTD contract before buying-up coverage because they will not pay the bought-up amounts.
