The goal is to make the property as appealing as possible to potential buyers by maximizing its attributes and making it appear large, bright, clean and inviting. I can critically evaluate any house and come up with cost effective solutions that deliver results to the seller as well as the buyer. I complete a home evaluation, detailing what changes I recommend from the curb to the end of your property line. You can do any of the changes yourself or I can come in and do them for you at a very reasonable cost. I can design your new home, a room or even just hang pictures. As a Interior Redesigner, I can transform spaces applying design principles to your existing furnishings. Interior redesign is a budget conscious approach that breathes new life into any space and produces stunning results As a Interior Designer, I can create custom designs from the ground up. I expertly coordinate furniture, fabrics, lighting, window treatments, flooring and accessories

        What a great experience

        Rick was incredible to work with ...... I had no idea what it would cost to update my house and I was hesitant to call anyone because I thought it would be too expensive to do anything. Anyway I called Rick and he assured me I wouldn’t go broke!....... he set out a plan for each one of my rooms and set a budget that was defiantly affordable. So we have completed 3 rooms now and I feel like I am living in a new house. Thank you Rick for everything you have done for my outdated home.
