the service was bad,really rea...

the service was bad,really really bad.the fries taste like they were cooked in the grease from the day before.and then when i didnt get everything i ordered i had to go back in after i was waitn already on my food the girl had a real nasty attitude in front of the manager. the manager didnt say nothing. i jus thought the customers supposed to always be satisfied,yeah right




I went to the McDonald to buy my mother some ice cream and she was with me in the drive tru. I ordered two ice creams and a cinnimon roll, paid for it and when I saw how small the cup of ice cream were I decided to purchase two more cups of cream. I was told there were people in line and I could NOT get the extra cup of cream unless I went back through the drive tru again. I waited for a moment because I could't believe what was happening. A young girl was watching me with fear on her face because the manager was the person who refused me the extra cream. She called the manager back to the window and I asked for the cream again. The manager said NO ! I felt belittled because I only wanted more cream for my mother and me. I told her that I was at the front of the line and should be taken care of first and not wait for people behind me by gettingbackinline. You won't have to worry about me being in your line anymore because I plan to avoid McDonald like the plague in the furture. The manager was just very, very RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



iI am divorcing Mcdonalds

Hi.I am a 33 year old truck driver,full time father,and loving,faithful husband to my Wonderful wife of five years.As a family or alone i ate at mickey d's all the time.I can even remember my first time as a child,tasting a BIG MAC for the very first time.Very delicious........!.......And up until today,the way i think of Mcdonalds is VERY DIFFERENT than before.In one word,MC FAILURES.Sadly,I must divorce you for the way you treat me.You always mess up my orders,you give me cold fries that you know you would'nt eat yourself.I called back,spoke to a nice manager who sincerely apologized.She really did.Then she invited me back to get it right.Came back the NEXT DAY,AND YOU STILL GOT IT WRONG.Today I gave you a last chance.This morning,I ordered 2 steak biscuit combos with cheese and xtra grilled onions on both sandwiches.The result?no cheese,and even though I microwaved and added my own cheese,the meat left a bad taste in my mouth,so bad that I have to finalize this divorce.After all those years,all the hot with alil salt fries,ALL the burgers;different ones ,even some chicken.,I must let you go.I was even offered a free meal for last week's problem AND I STILL WONT COME BACK.Here's a tip;train your employees to LISTEN to what we as the customer,want from you.,and not always try to rush us away from their drive thru window. GOODBYE.
