On January 21, 2014 I was contacted via email by Clyde Harden (clyde@isesecurity.com) of Interactive Security to "convert those ideas and drawings to actual artwork for priting and embroidery" (speaking of preliminary images he sent me for his company's badges). After conversing back and forth for days about the details of the project as well as payment, I agreed to work on his project all weekend (January 25-36) to meet his deadline. I submitted the work which a simply redrew to have a high res, vector based drawing which is ideal for any graphic used for marketing and I also gave several options for ways to execute the new look of the badge with several designs and fonts which I spent time searching for and creating. He never responded. When I contacted him the next day he said I just took what he gave me and redrew.... which is what he asked for! Except I took what he gave me and improved in, digitally and graphically and gave options and fonts. I told him if he wanted to just pay me for 2 hours of time, I would send everything and we would part ways. He agreed and I sent my work. I then made excuses why not wanting to send payment as promised via paypal and wanted to send a check. He first made me send him my personal information via a W9 and said he would mail check. He never did. I contacted him weekly and sent another invoice to his office. He has ignored all attempts of collection. I have written proof of all of our conversations.
