We used Elite for replacing 2 roofs & one repair on another house. They were very helpful & seemed very professional during the sale & installation. When the Senior owner was living he tried to be helpful with a big problem with broken shingles & nails that kept backing out. He sent someone out to fix a couple of problems right away. When we had more problems, we called & learned that the Senior had passed away. We have called repeatedly to get someone to address the problems. No one will return our calls. Messages have been left with the secretary & several times on voice mail for the last few months. The business is Not what it once was. I feel that our only recourse will be try for help through the BBB. I'd suggest finding another roofer!

I am an insurance adjuster and have worked with Elite Roofing the past few years. Elite has done 100's of roofs for us and I have received nothing but praise for referring them. If you are looking to settle your insurance claim, or needing to replace or repair a worn roof, look no further than Elite Roofing. Best roofing company I have worked with in the several states that I cover. Just wish I could take them along when I travel to other states. FYI, they cover Mississippi, Tennessee, and Eastern Arkansas.
