Mike was not only willing to accommodate us, he even called us back after about 5-10 minutes just to ensure we were OK. Phenomenal!!! He is a true professional and really takes pride in his chosen profession. Once we got to the shop Mike and his staff greeted us with a smile; which gave us that extra assurance that he really does care about his customers and their needs. There WAS NOT a long wait and the tire was ready and tested for leaks quickly. His price ($$) was the best I've found thus far in all of Bartlett, Memphis, or Shelby County for that matter. Easy on the wallet or pocket book. After completion, Mike provided us with a large plastic bag to cover the area I was going to place the tire so that it would not dirty the back seat of my vehicle. You can't beat that kind of service. We wholeheartedly give our endorsement of El Primo under the management of Mike and his staff. "If you want it done RIGHT...for the right Price...come to MIKE!!!"

I usually don't write reviews but I have to let people know about this company. The service was so friendly, professional, and fast. I got my tire patched. The service was done so fast, I couldn't believe it. I was pleased with the pricing as well and I couldn't believe how affordable the service was. I'm so glad I took the time to call around,research, and find this repair shop. It was a blessing for me to find them. They were just awesome. The workers were polite to me over the phone and in person. They also didn't mind answering any questions that I had for them. Now that's great customer service!! I recommend this company to any and everyone!! I will be seeing them again soon. Thanks you guys!!! I truly appreciate your great customer service!!

I found this place by accident. It was a Saturday and I desperately needed a tire and they took good care of me. They were so kind, so fast, and so professional that now for all my vehicle service needs I go there. I take both of my vehicles there and they do anything they can to help. Thank you all for everything!

Danger! Caution! I bought a set of 4 tires from them with the understanding they were used tires with approx 300 miles on them . The previous owner didn't like the ride. I have had them less than a year and a large chunk (approx. 8-10" long and 6-7" wide) came out of the driver side front tire. I realized then they were recaps! I went back to talk to them and they said "I got a year out of them that was pretty good" They offered me 1 replacement for $40-$50 .

Recaps are dangerous for this reason, ( think of all the semi truck treads you see on the interstate) they didn't tell me they were recaps or I would have never bought them.

They are bad bad businessmen and Liars!! Don't use them for you and your families safety!
