Desoto Collision

Desoto Collision Center on Highway 64 is the worst company I've ever dealt with. My first insurance claim after driving for 20 years and they made the experience a total nightmare. Over 15 visits later and tons of mistakes made by Desoto Collision Center, my car still isn't fixed. As a matter of fact I have more damage than when I started.
The entire staff is incompetent and ignorant. I had 4,000 characters typed for this review if that tells you anything but the max limit is 1000. So all I can say is, please do not use this facility. You will regret it.
I will take legal matters at this point. What other options do I really have when they refuse to fix their mistakes.

Great experience at Desoto Collision on hwy 64. Ms. Crystal at the front desk assured me everything would be handled correctly and in a timely manner and she was right! They even called me with updates which I appreciated!

Once repairs were completed I went to get my truck and it looked great! Plus it was cleaned up which was a nice touch! My husband and I were very pleased with our experience there! Hoping for no more accidents but if we do, we will definitely return to Desoto Collision Center. (It's nice that there is a Enterprise rental next door. )

I was in an accident in the early part of December. As the person at fault had Geico Insurance, I was given the option of Desoto Collision to perform the repairs. The office is run like a well-oiled machine. I walked into the office and gave my name, Kevin from Geico walked out of a side office, introduced himself and explained the entire process. After walking outside to assess the damage, the service manager walked out and introduced himself and again went over in detail the entire process. I had an out-of-state inspection sticker, and other stickers on the front, side and back windows, and though not part of the accident, when I asked if they could remove them, the service manager expressed that he would have the stickers removed. My car was in the shop from 12/8 to 12/29, and throughout the process I received regular texts and phone calls to update me on the service being performed and expected completion date. The evening I picked up my car, I met the infamous Patrick, who also was very professional. As with everyone I met, Patrick was very clear about the work that had been performed and made himself available for any concerns I might have in the future. As I am recently moved to Memphis, Patrick offered himself as a resource for any concerns I may have with my car. I have read the reviews below and am surprised. I expected Patrick to be this sleazy/shady character, but in fact he was the exact opposite. My experience was very positive. They were apologetic about the wait time but due to the holidays, I understood it could not be helped. I was provided a rental for 30 days, so there really was nothing to complain about. I would certainly take my car to Desoto if I need body work in the future!!!

Worst experience ever and I have to agree with the other reviews... Patrick is a liar. We bent a rim in Memphis and needed to get it repaired so Geico recommended this shop. We were charged for work that they did not do and the other cost was outrageous. Please stay away from this shop if you are looking for good work and honesty. I see the only good review had to be from someone that liked Patrick! Smh

This shop is terrible. Its a geico preferred shop that took in my vehicle, claimed they replaced the front tire and rim but it still made a terrible sound, picked it up again, still made terrible sound and they replaced a ball joint, picked up again still made sound they replaced a bracket, picked it up again still made a sound they claimed it was a wheel bearing that was not part of the accident although its located between the wheel and ball joint they replaced, took vehicle and had wheel bearing replaced at my own expense and it still makes a terrible noise plus the mechanic stated the wheel bearing was just fine, smells like someone was smoking in it and the windshield was cracked on the last pickup, they claim the cold weather broke it. After over a month I got a vehicle that's unsafe for my family.

do not take your car to DeSoto auto repair off of a playing way they use used parts and do shoddy work and lie about when the work is done they tried to overcharge me and my insurance and tried to charge me a storage fee and said my car was done 5 days before it was really done and the very next day things started falling off of my car and when I took it back in to have the warranty repair they still wouldn't take care of it so whatever you do steer clear

They tried to purposely buy older cheaper car parts on my car and told me i had to wait for them to get the correct body parts. After that they told me it would be done by the next Wednesday so i called friday and they told me another two weeks which turned out to be 3. Didnt get my car back until the absolute deadline. DO NOT GO HERE.

Fantastic Service! I went for repairs after my insurance company gave me several options. The locations were convenient to work & home. They were very accommodating, quick & professional. My car was fixed properly & there is a lifetime warranty.

I would highly recommend the Appling Road location Patrick & Crystal were on top of it!

The man at the front desk a lier then what they fix on my car wasn't fix right this the worst body shop ever and then I have a life time warranty on what the fix and they want fix it I'm getting a lawyer
