Citi Trends

I went to citi trends and purchased around $80 worth of merchandise. My friends were still shopping so I ended up looking around some more and found some pants and a bra set. When I tried the pants on they had a huge tear in the crotch. I brought them back but accidentally only had the receipt from the first transaction. And for some reason their system didn't show the 2nd transaction so I couldn't get a refund or an exchange. Tell me how that is, that's very bad costumer service, it's not my fault their system didn't show the receipt. But it was obviously citi trends merchandise. I don't appreciate the way I was treated or the fact that I didn't end up with anything for the money I spent unknowingly since the pants were ripped And useless. Thanks for nothing, this location was unorganized also.
