On February 18, 2013 I purchas...

On February 18, 2013 I purchased a nice '04 Toyota Camry. On April 1, 2013 I took the car in for service because a strange annoying noise was coming from under the hood. Turns out the timing belt was worn down and about to pop. Then they called and told me the price. I haven't had this car for two months and I'm looking at paying out of pocket close to $400 ($100 to discover the problem & $289 to replace the belt) when my dumb *** paid for the extended warranty. That's right, I bought and paid for the extended warranty when I bought the car. Did it take a vacation? Then, this is the best part, the guy who called me to tell me the price to fix it, was explaining how these belts should be replaced every five years which qualifies as a regular maintenance item so my warranty won't cover the costs for repairs. Haven't had the car for two months. My advice, when you buy a car from Chuck Hutton, take a mechanic with you.

Baited me in with the promise ...

Baited me in with the promise of a deal, then switched it when I asked for verification of the deal to be emailed to me. Also tried to convince me that there was sales tax on a non-sale (sideways trade). Very friendly, but don't believe anything until it is in writing!

I've been using chuck hutton t...

I've been using chuck hutton toyota for almost a year now, only for service maintence (oil changes). The first couple of times I was impressed no doubt, but the last few times I've gone I wasn't a happy camper, I don't know if they changed service managers or what, but my last service was HORRIBLE! The serviceman that checked me in, was very rude and unprofessional. When I got my car back, I was missing some bolts off my battery and air filter. I did bring this to their attention and they suggested an apology and free oil change on my next service....No Thanks! I will do business elsewhere!

Awful service

Horrible service from this location. They have had my vehicle for over 17 days and still not corrected the bodywork problem that they made worse. I continue to get the run-around from service - no calls or they pick up the car and don't work on it. Absolutely pitiful customer service. I will not be taking my car back to them for anything but absolutely necessary warranty work.
