I reluctantly made a commitment to do something about getting in shape this year, and signed up for 12 weeks at 101 LIVE with Kelly. After 4 sessions, I am already feeling the difference and could I actually be saying ""looking forward to torturing my muscles."" Kelly is incredibly encouraging, accepting of where you are but promoting your realizing your potential. She challenges you but is very careful not to have you hurt yourself. She is very professional and yet accessible. If you are looking to make some changes in your life that are good for both body and soul, I recommend this training highly.

I am addicted to Kelly's TRX classes! The workouts are a lot more fun and more challenging than you would expect given the ""simplicity"" of the TRX device.
Kelly is a terrific instructor. She motivates when needed, corrects your form when needed and is ALWAYS in a good mood.
The content of the classes always changes, so the workout is fun and fresh and the time flies. Book a class now! You will love it!
Kelly's TRX classes are great!! You get a great workout, but you can adjust to your own level, so beginners can jump right in! I love the classes because they are always different, super fun, and really focus on strengthening the core muscles. I highly recommend!
Kelly's sessions at 101 Live are great. She pushes you hard enough that you get a good, solid workout, but she doesn't push you too far. The workouts are very enjoyable, laid back but effective. I'm always surprised how fast the time flies and how physically fatigued I am at the end of each workout. If you're considering a workout like this I would highly recommend it. The TRX system allows you to adjust the difficulty of each exercise to your own liking, so even a beginning class can be challenging if that's what you want.

This is not your typical exercise class....it's BETTER!!! I attended my first TRX total body workout class a few days ago and I left feeling great! I've always hated working out but now I can't wait to get to one of Kelly's classes to see what's next and how far I can push myself. Kelly is attentive to everyone's capabilities and let's you work at your own pace. I would highly recommend this class to everyone who is tired of the ""same ol' gym routine"". It is a great experience and workout.

I grew up not having to really exercise (luckily!!) however since getting an underactive thyroid problem and turning 40, this hasn't really been the case anymore. I HATE to exercise. I have to be honest but when my friend saw Kelly's ad in the ""Downtowner"" and said it was right by where i lived i thought, ok i'll give it a try. After my first class i left there laughing that I could barely walk down my stairs and I couldn't WAIT to come back. This is exactly the kind of exercise class I was looking for. First off, you're not being gawked at being in some gym, secondly i don't leave drenched in sweat but i know i am moving forward and gaining strength! I can't thank Kelly enough for starting this class up! She is so encouraging but she will also push you when she sees you can take it. Thanks again and I hope all you out there reading this will try it. Just once is all I ask. That's all it will take to hook you!! good luck!

I have never worked with a personal trainer before nor have I done much exercising of any kind. Going to the fitness studio at 101 Live has been the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. Kelly keeps me motivated in a positive, encouraging way. It has been a wonderful experience.

As indicated in Kelly's bio at her website ""101Live"", she is dedicated to fitness! I have been Kelly's friend for about 25 years and have witnessed her dedication. So many of us know how hard it is to stay with a fitness routine and I have been impressed over the years with Kelly and Bob's consistency and loyalty to their training. What they have achieved is staying in phenomenal shape! Sadly, Kelly & I have not lived in the same city for too many years now, however, if I lived in Memphis, I definitely would have Kelly be my personal trainer. Kelly always gives 100% and I am confident that she has a terrific fitness studio and will help others achieve their goals.
Kelly is a wonderful personal trainer! She really focuses on my personal needs and is so motivational. What I love best about her is that she encourages me to push 110% without being a drill sergeant and she is willing to work with my schedule. I tell everyone about Kelly and her fitness studio. Kelly's personal training studio is comfortable and intimate which makes me feel relaxed and at home. I highly recommend you call Kelly today.

I have a TRX at home and it works great but much more bang for my buck(time) working with Kelly at 101Live. Kelly is a great motivator and taylors my workouts to bring me to the next level of fitness. Working out in her private studio is much more fun than in my hallway. Awesome.
