We provide individualized personal training programs geared toward YOUR personal fitness goals based on the NASM OPT™ Model and we offer small group classes in TRX® Suspension Training and Boot Camps, all in an intimate and comfortable atmosphere. We don't sell memberships; we want to personally help you live Life with Improved Vigor and Energy.

        Best Personal Trainer!

        Kelly is a wonderful personal trainer! She really focuses on my personal needs and is so motivational. What I love best about her is that she encourages me to push 110% without being a drill sergeant and she is willing to work with my schedule. I tell everyone about Kelly and her fitness studio. Kelly's personal training studio is comfortable and intimate which makes me feel relaxed and at home. I highly recommend you call Kelly today.
