How do I give ZERO STAR to this useless company who doesn’t do it’s job. I’ve Sears home warranty. My appliance is broken for more than 2 months and they would not pick up phone or answer to voicemail. When I call sears they keep giving this number. ZERO STAR to this company and ZERO STAR to sears home warranty.
Sears has made 4 attempts to fix my new oven that I purchased from Sears. The last technician 11-11-2017, stated that a part would be ordered for the oven. Four days later I call to check status of part order and no part was ordered. Technician put on notes that oven was repaired. Very dissatisfied with Sears. Will not purchase another appliance from Sears.
Told me they they come out on Monday and did not. When calling back about it they told me that they never said they would come out on Monday because they couldn't work on it and they claim they told me to call someone else which they never did. Liar, do not use
VERY HONEST AND OPEN MINDED PERSON. HE ANSWERS CALLS PROMPTLY AND IS VERY DEPENDABLE A MAN OF HIS WORD, GREAT BUSINESS AND HONEST MAN.
The repairman came to our house to fix my washing machine since it would not drain the water. He came early like I had requested and was a very polite young man. He had my washer fixed and working in less than 45 minutes and on his way. Replaced the water pump.It is still working great and I was very pleased with Sears service.Thank youMartha Williams
This was the fourth time within 2 months Sears has come to repair the same oven burner. There has been a different repairman and each time it'a a different reason why the oven burner won't work. During the last visit, he said it was repaired and before he could leave, it wouldn't light.Now, instead of one burner not working, two burners do not work.I purchased Sears extended warranty for a new appliance if they cannot repair. Instead of a new appliance, I keep her serviceman tying up my day and no success.
My washer is fixed. The man that comes out to repair my washer always do a great job. He is always nice and professional.
Very disappointed with the service.The tech has the part of my washer for over 3 weeks and never showed up,despite several calls with no response or returns and claims made to sears.He called one day and wanted to come the same day,without prior notice,at one condition: move the washer to the garage.No reason.Otherwise he won't do the job.The washer is in a spacious area and we never had issues with any techs before.It is not my job to move the washer and I don't have tools to unplug it.
I submitted a home warranty claim that got assigned to this company. Called them, they said they would check the claim and call me back. Never did. I've called back almost every day for two weeks. No one ever answers, and there is no answering service. I have never had a company be this unresponsive.
I have been with Mid American for 12 years. They have always taken care of me and my business. Always do the right thing attitude.
