This is the only plating place in Memphis, so you don't really have a choice. The shop itself looks like someone died 50 years ago (lots of dead plants, hoards of old stuff collecting dust). I did drop off a faucet to be replated-was told it would be a week, and got it back after 1.5 weeks, so not bad. It looked great, and was a lot cheaper than buyer a new one. You will likely have to keep calling owner to find out when your stuff will be ready, and when I went to pick it up, I asked what time he opened, and he said 8:00 or 8:30. He finally showed up at 8:50 to open. So, if you can deal with that, it may be worth a shot. Cash or check only-all work done at owner's expense, per the sign in shop.
