It was terrible. My son lost his luggage and he had all his clothes in it. He was stuck in San Antonio Texas for two weeks with nothing to wear but the clothes he had on when he went to see if they had found his luggage they pretty much told him he was screwed and told him that they were not going to compensate him that it was his responsible for his own luggage that they were not responsible for it even though the bus driver is the one that takes the luggage from underneath and transfers it to the other bus.
I catch the 57 as a transfer from the 32 home everyday from my school and quite frankly I don't even know why there's a schedule because it's never on time. Then even when it's already an hour late, they have the slowest driver on duty. Like right now I'm on the bus and she's doing at the most 10 miles/hr. It shouldn't take me 2 hours to get home everyday when it only took 1 hour to get out here. It's ridiculous!!! Things need to change!!! Seriously!!!

awful horrible irresponsible all wrapped n one they lost my luggage I still have not heard nor received any compensation
They don't do their job like they are suppose too and its getting in my last nerves. They don't know how to let u know what's going on with your case. It's just a mess.
its horrible service nobody ever answers the phone!!and they didnt bother to tell anyone that they were moving !!!!!
