Tom has been taking care of me for 3 1/2 years now. I was originally going to another therapist, and it seemed like every time I went I had a new person working with me. I really like to build a relationship with my therapist because they remember my trouble areas, and really just provide a much more quality massage. If you are looking for a quality massage in an extremely relaxing atmosphere you can't do any better in the memphis area. I've searched high and low, and after one session at tom pitmans he secured me as a client forever. TOP NOTCH!!!!!!

DO NOT AGREE TO GO TO A SESSION AT HER HOUSE! I went for a massage after purchasing it off of Groupon. It was the WORST massage experience in my life! The house smelled awful, there was trash all over, the bathroom was not clean. Once to the massage room it was creepy, packed full of junk, hot and had creepy dolls looking down over the table. The massage table had a sheet with a LARGE yellow, looked like urine, stain on it that I unfortunately did not see until AFTER the session. The room was loud and very distracting, not relaxing. The massage was so terrible and painful that I had bruises by the end of the night and was so sore I couldn't hold my purse on my shoulder. I left the massage more tense and stressed then I came and immediately came home and took a shower! TERRIBLE! Would give 0 stars if I could!

I enjoyed having a massage in the privacy of my home. no parking or waiting. just relaxing!

I called on a Tuesday and made a appointment for Thursday for my wife and I at 2 pm, both one hour massages. We showed up as scheduled and were told that they were busy and check back in an hour. We went and got a bite to eat and came back at 3. We were then told that we could only have half hour massages because they had appointment customers at 3:30. That kind of pissed me off but I was nice and went along with it. They sent me to one room and my wife to another and as I was getting ready the manager came in my room and told me i had to pay before the massage. I have never been asked to do that before. I felt like they did not trust me to pay afterwards. I would have given them 1 star but the massage was good. I normally tip 50 percent over what the asking price of the massage is for a good massage but it seemed awkward paying up front and then tipping afterwards so I didn't tip. I am going to try them again and will repost.

This spa is a hidden treasure, very professional, clean, soothing and pleasing atmosphere. Ms Lin is sxtremely skilled, gifted and take her time with you. She seems to have a sixth sense of how to locate the pain and work it out. This in not your average spa. One of a kind in this area. Price is very good and well worth every dollar. I will be a regular at this spa.

This is the only place I'll go to get a massage or any other work! I feel so relaxed and happy when I leave. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to be treated well and be able to relax after a stressful week!
